Bordeaux Airport serves several international locations as well as domestic destinations, making Bordeaux a popular tourist spot for both international and local visitors. The airport has one multi-level passenger terminal. Hall A is for international flights, while Hall B handles domestic flights.

Bordeaux Airport is well designed and easy to navigate. The L-shaped terminal is located right across from the short-term parking garage and the car rental centre. The terminal's separate halls are connected by a covered walkway. Information desks are located in the Arrivals area of both Hall A and Hall B as well as in the Departures area of Hall B. Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
Hall A Departures has a duty-free shop, while other shops are scattered throughout both halls. Shopping outlets in Hall A include Gastronomie et Cie and Relay, while Hall B offers an additional Relay outlet and L'Oenotheque and Aeroboutique, with a varied range of goods of offer.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
Bordeaux Airport has a gourmet restaurant in Hall A that overlooks the runways, while Les Navigatateurs is also located in Hall A and provides full-service dining. Bars in Hall A include Le Rythmo, Oxbow and the Tempus Café, while Hall B offers Le Phileas and the Quest.B@R for snacks and refreshments including alcoholic beverages.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
Bordeaux Airport has several ATM machines, most of which are located in Hall B. A post office, bank and a currency exchange booth are located in Hall A.
Business and Conference Facilities
There are no conference facilities at the Bordeaux Airport, but several nearby airport hotels have plentiful business facilities available including conference rooms. A fax machine and photocopier are provided in Departures of Hall A.
Disabled Facilities
Bordeaux Airport has good facilities for the disabled including specially fitted toilets, ramps and lifts. These are located throughout the airport. For disabled car parking, designated areas are available in the short-term car park, located opposite the terminal. Those who require special assistance or wheelchairs should notify their airlines when booking their flight.
